I need your help!I was trying to design circle backgrounds like these two here for a ATC ablum I am working on for a friend. She loves Dots/Circles on everything.
Please give me your suggestions and or links to create circle backgrounds.
When I finish my circle album I will post them here and have the backgrounds available for download. Till then ... Thank you
